Refund and Cancellation Policy -

At Derivate X, we strive to deliver exceptional marketing services and ensure complete satisfaction. However, given the nature of our work, refunds are generally not offered unless otherwise agreed in the specific terms of a client’s contract.

1. No Refunds Policy

Due to the customized nature of our marketing services and the amount of time and effort involved, we operate under a No Refund policy. Once a project or campaign has commenced, the client is not eligible for any refunds for payments already made.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where mutually agreed upon in writing as part of a separate contract or service agreement. If any such agreement exists, it will explicitly outline the terms under which a refund could be issued.

2. Contract-Specific Terms

In cases where a contract specifies otherwise:

Any refund or reimbursement will be calculated based on the scope of work completed up to the termination date of the contract.
Any services already rendered will not be eligible for a refund.
If a project is terminated midway, Derivate X reserves the right to retain a portion of the fees for the time spent and resources allocated to the project.

3. Service Cancellations

Client Cancellations: You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice as specified in the contract. If you choose to cancel, please note that all work completed up to the point of cancellation will still be billed, and any outstanding payments must be settled immediately.
Company Cancellations: Derivate X reserves the right to cancel services if the client fails to meet the agreed-upon terms, including payment obligations or necessary cooperation. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and services may be terminated immediately.

4. Cancellation Notice Period

All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The cancellation notice period and any associated charges will depend on the individual client’s contract or agreement.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute related to refunds or cancellations, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If this is not possible, the matter will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India.

6. Changes to This Policy

Derivate X reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
